پراڈکٹ کی واضح تصویر یا ویڈیو بھیجیں جس میں خرابی صاف نظر آ رہی ہو۔

ہماری ٹیم تصویر یا ویڈیو کے ذریعے تصدیق کرے گی کہ پراڈکٹ واقعی خراب ہے یا نہیں۔

اگر پراڈکٹ خراب ثابت ہو جائے تو واپسی مکمل طور پر مفت ہوگی اور آپ کو کوئی اضافی رقم ادا نہیں کرنی ہوگی۔

تصدیق کے بعد ہم فوری طور پر واپسی یا متبادل کا انتظام کریں گے۔۔

“اور آپس میں ایک دوسرے کا مال ناحق نہ کھاؤ، مگر خوش دلی کے ساتھ باہمی رضا مندی سے تجارت کرو۔” (النساء: 29)
