🚫 No Return Policy (General Rule)
Once a product is delivered correctly and in good condition, it cannot be returned or exchanged. By placing an order, you agree that all sales are final unless the item is defective.
Return Eligibility (Only for Defective Items)
A product will ONLY be eligible for return or refund if:
The product is defective, damaged, or faulty
The wrong item was delivered
The issue is reported within 10 days of delivery
📦 Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
Product must be unused
Product must be in its original condition
Packaging may be opened, but product must remain unchanged and undamaged
Proof (photo/video) of defect is required before approval

UTo request a return:

Send clear photo or video showing the issue
Our team will verify the defect
If approved, return/replacement process will begin
⚠️ Without proof, no return or refund will be accepted
🚚 Return Shipping
If the product is confirmed defective → Return shipping is FREE (paid by us)
We will arrange courier service for pickup or return
🔄 Replacement & Refund Policy
First priority: Replacement (Exchange)
If replacement is not available → Refund will be issued
💰 Refund Method
Refund will be processed through one of the following:
Cash
Bank Transfer
Mobile Wallet (JazzCash / Easypaisa)

⏳ Refund Processing Time
Refund will be completed within 5–7 working days after approval
❌ Non-Returnable Cases
We do NOT accept returns if:
Product is not defective
Product has been used or damaged by customer
Request is made after 10 days
Customer changes mind (No “normal returns” allowed)
