5. Prices, Taxes & Payment Policy / قیمتیں، ٹیکس اور ادائیگی کی پالیسی

— All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and duties may be added at checkout.

— Primary payment method: Cash on Delivery (COD). By choosing COD you agree to pay the full order amount at delivery.

— We do not charge interest, late-payment fines, or riba-based fees. Refunds (if any) will be processed according to the Refund policy.

6. Delivery & Shipping / ترسیل اور شپنگ

— We aim to dispatch orders within the stated processing time. Delivery times depend on customer location and courier availability.

— If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address or unavailability, the parcel may be returned and additional charges may apply.

— Garments setup.store is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, force majeure events, or customs clearance.

If the product you receive is defective, damaged, or not as shown or described, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To return a defective product, please follow the process below:

Send a clear photo or video of the product showing the defect or issue.

Our team will verify the issue through the images or video and confirm whether the item qualifies for return.

If the product is confirmed to be defective, it will be accepted for return without any additional cost to you.

After verification, we will arrange the return or replacement promptly.

ہماری ٹیم تصویر یا ویڈیو کے ذریعے تصدیق کرے گی کہ پراڈکٹ واقعی خراب ہے یا نہیں۔

اگر پراڈکٹ خراب ثابت ہو جائے تو واپسی مکمل طور پر مفت ہوگی اور آپ کو کوئی اضافی رقم ادا نہیں کرنی ہوگی۔

تصدیق کے بعد ہم فوری طور پر واپسی یا متبادل کا انتظام کریں گے۔۔

A product will only be eligible for return or refund if:

It was delivered in a damaged or faulty condition.

The wrong item was delivered.

The issue is reported within the stated 3-day period.
